Dr. Sarah Spradlin, former USMC Officer Major who is a dynamic leader with an excellent network of resources, and a wealth of knowledge in her field of Special operations, Emotional Intelligence, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Sarah served for Ten years as an active duty with the U.S. Marine Corp.
Dr. Spradlin transitioned to the civilian workforce to serve as the first Director of Administration and Manning Planning at U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command, Marine Raiders Training Center.
Currently, she serves as the CEO of Vitruvian Advantage, a management consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition, performance management, and M&A culture integration.
She is a leading expert in the field of Emotional Intelligence (EI) as it relates to the talent management of systems, transformational leadership, and organizational resilience. She served as the President of the Virginia Chapter of the Society of Emotional Intelligence, a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and the Chairman of the Clay Hunt Congressional Initiative Board-GHR.
She is a published author and current member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Emotional Intelligence Training and Research Institute, and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Since 2016, she has been teaching graduate students at Central Michigan University, serving as a guest instructor for Syracuse University’s Onward-2-Opportunity Program. The Honor Foundation, Tulane University’s Disaster Resilience Leadership Academy (DRLA) within the graduate school of social work, and Georgetown University’s Prospanica partnership.
Dr. Spradlin holds a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and completed a certificate in Management & Leadership from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. With more than 20 years of professional training, executive coaching, and c-suite advisory experience, Dr. Spradlin takes a uniquely grounded approach to remastering workplace dynamics through the application of emotional intelligence and chaos theory.
