Mr. G,

 

Mr. G , after servicing 25 years in the U.S. Army, CWO3 (Ret.) Elite SOF Community.

 

Mr. G is a retired highly dedicated Bronze Stars and Purple Heart recipient and multiple military decorations. As an Elite Special Forces Warrant Officer (CW3) that served in the Elite Special Forces community with operational and combat experience in the CENTCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM theaters of operation.


During his years of service, he had six combat tours to Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, and Northwest Africa working seamlessly with Host Nation forces and organizations, Law Enforcement, Inter-Agency Partners, and Allies.

 

G. served as the Special Operations Task Force -North & West Africa J5 Director of Plans, Policy, and Strategy that led the development and implementation of long-term country plans and regional military-strategic plans for eleven African countries. Language: English, conversational in Arabic and Spanish. Retired in 2019.


Mr. G served in a myriad of assignments at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels throughout his Special Forces career under numerous commands. He is a proven strategic analyst and planner in domestic and foreign counter-terrorism, anti-terrorism, and special operations. He is skilled at gathering and correlating data from multiple sources and translating intelligence and policy into sound operational strategies; operations and intelligence fusion.


Mr. G developed and executed short and long-range plans for engagement activities and exercises for 2,500 personnel. He led joint, interagency, and multinational operational and mission-oriented strategic planning teams to assist Special Operations decision-makers.

 

Brief executive-level military, civilian, and host nation personnel on strategy, plans, and operations. Mentored and guided senior staff and leaders on high-performance culture, long-term analysis, and strategic support of national security priorities. Developed strategy, operational plans, and guidance in response to identified foreign threats in multiple theaters. Analyzed and evaluated policies and plans for operational feasibility.


Education: Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, American Military University, Charles Town, WV.

 

He holds an active TS security clearance and is a 100% service-connected disabled veteran.
