training sector solutions to U.S. Government and allied non-U.S. Government clients, and

Intelligence, Risk management.

Qualified Personnel:

Requirements of all 1099 Elite Independent Contractor (IC): 

Carry with them their Proof of Errors and Omissions Insurance at all times during operations. 

Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) in Florida or have a receptacle with Florida from other state and Intentional require permits.

A.) Does Not Honor CWP Permits from these States and Territories:

California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota,

New Jersey, New York, New York City, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virgin Islands, Washington,

Wisconsin, American Samoa, N. Mariana Islands.

GK only contract Elite1 and T2—Special Operators with no less

than 10 years’ real-time High-med threat experience.

Disclosure: Who Fits the G-K's Model

 We Only Contract the Elite: T-1, & T-2 Special Operations Operators and HRT. 

An individual is no longer on active-duty status.

An individual like-minded, Elite T-1, T-2 Operators and HRT:

Military Ranks: E-5 – E-9 -CWO3_CWO4; O-3 – 0-6;

Active Duty of 12 years+ - real time former and reserves only.  

Team members part in at least one combat deployment, non-combat Intelligence. An individual who was part of a U.S. 

Intelligence Agencies' unit during his/her tours.  Officer's - NCOIC's U.S. Special Operation Command; J.S.O.C. Joint Special Operation Command, and Special Tactics Group, Certified Investigators or Military, Intelligence Agency

and all training events and real-world operations and are subject

to federal regulations for handling of classified information and

Operational Security.

4. Honorable Discharged; Verification of Military Service form DD from 214.

5. Independent Contractor - Must File Proof of Errors and Omissions Insurance 

6. Medical Cleared by Medical Physician.

7. Emergency Point of Contact Information: (wife, family member, or significant other).

8. Minimum age requirement preferred 30+.

9. Valid Driver Licenses (International DVL is a Plus).

10. Active Security Clearance (Preferred S, TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI/Poly), but not required.

11. U.S. Passport copy and must be Active.

12. Service-Connected Disabled Veteran / Disabled Veteran: must have a letter from

Veterans Affair his/her percentage and type and type of restriction of his/her disability.

13. No history of DUI within the past 2 years?

14. No history of Alcohol or Drug related abuse?

15. No history of Assault and battery conviction?

16. I.T.A.R. Compliance is a must when traveling outside the USA with their own

weaponry and an I.C. Carries an Active Federal Firearms License (FFL is a Plus);

ammunition by air.

 I.C. Must Have Proof of Personnel Insurance Coverage

 "His / Her for their husband or wife, and children and self: Following on Recorded:  

Vehicle insurance, Health insurance, life insurance,

Proof of Errors and Omissions Insurance, and long-term disability and short-term disability insurance.

I.C. must have a Full Medical Work Up, Dental, and Eye Exam with Lab workup and drug testing must be completed clean bill of health letter from Medical Doctor and Dentist must be submitted to be on file Gallant Knights. 

​

Records will be maintained with his or her with G-K human resources management:        

Blood Type, immunizations (Flu vaccine), dental records and photo of any scars, body piercings and tattoos.

   

Will Not Be Authorized by G-K Independent Contractors (I.C.) – Prohibit will not post any videos, photos of operational on any other operators on social media, Messengers networks.

I.C. Is employed by Gallant Knights:  At any time at the employers’ discretion drug and alcohol testing will be “administered without notice” by G-K contracted  labs will be conducted by an independent third party DATA (Drug & alcohol Testing Industry Association) certified  accredited laboratory. If Independent Contractor (I.C.) he / she fail the testing they will be held responsible for full payment to the testing facility by and then the I.C. will remove from employment immediately.  

 

Independent Contractor (IC) will Disclose the Following: 

You must have proof of American Citizenship Any Dual USA Citizenship. Military Service to any Nation other than the friendly to the United States. (Through Background Verification)

Note: "If Citizenship was denounced by Homeland Security ICE, CBP Department of State for service.

Threats from the Wagner Group, Illegal Aliens, French Foreign Legion" You will be denied for Independent Contractor statues with Gallant Knights, LLC.

 Actions for Immediate Removal from GK as a Independent Contractor (IC):

Drug abuse of kind to include any and all prescription medication or illicit drugs will not be tolerated, and we will request the to get the help that he or she needs.

 

At any time at the employers’ discretion drug and alcohol testing

will be “administered without notice” by G-K contracted conducted by an

independent third-party DATIA (Drug & alcohol Testing Industry Association) certified facility laboratory.  

 

Independent Contractor fails the testing they will hold responsible for full payment to the testing lab and him / her

will be removed from employment immediately.    

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties have executed or caused to be executed this Independent Contractors (IC) Guideline, responsibly and qualification and do each hereby represent and warrant that their respective signatory, whose signature appears below, has been and is, on the date of this Agreement, and duly authorized to execute this Agreement.
