With over 30 years of experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy, Michael is responsible for all financial functions including accounting,

audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. He has held senior-level positions in both military and commercial companies, and his expertise areas include Project Management, Risk Management, Threat Assessments, Operational Management, Financial Management, and Reporting, Assets Protection. Michael earned a Master in Accounting from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration and an in Political Science and History from the Middlebury College of Vermont.
