Michael joins Gallant Knights, he is responsible for all financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations.
His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.

He has held senior-level positions in both military and commercial companies, including Defense Intelligence Agency, Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Leidos, Inc., Grant Thornton, LLP, Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, Frontier, Inc., Government Employees Voluntary Investment Program, St. Michael's Inc., Constellis, Inc., and Metis Solution, Inc.

Michael Blount's expertise areas include Project Management, Risk Management, Threat Assessments, Operational Management, Financial Management, and Reporting, Assets Protection.

Michael earned a Master in Accounting from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Political Science and History from the Middlebury College of Vermont.
Fluent proficiency in the languages of Arabic, Dari, and French.
